चलो गाँव की ओर

Earlier children used to go to their Nani or Dadi’s house, which used to be in villages. The children had a lot of fun while having exposure to rural India.

Why such exposure is important?

This exposure was important as it would open their eyes to questions like

  • Where food comes from?
  • How do we treat animals?
  • How much hard work is done to produce crops?

These visuals, hands one experience generates empathy in children. They learn to respect resources. They learn why we should not waste food or water.

Why this camp?

Such a conscience today is evaporating from children due to closed-room education.
So, this camp will enable them to experience the essential elements of life…water..soil..plants…crops…animals, all in their natural state.

Activities

The activities are designed to allow children to have free interaction with such elements and their environment.

  • Visit to villages
  • Interaction with nature: Jungle, Ponds, Farm, Farm Animals
