WHAT IS HALMA ABHIYAAN?
Halma is an ancient tribal tradition of community participation.
Shivganga has been organizing a mass scale Halma at Hathipava hills of Jhabua since 2009. More than 10000 villagers participate in this mega-event of environmental enrichment — the Students and professionals across the country participate in this mesmerizing show of tribal values of Parmarth.
The Shivganga aims to take Halma to the world as it is a potential sustainable solution to many disastrous global problems.

A CALL FOR STUDENTS
Unique experience of Mahasampark Abhiyan
Shivganga has launched Mahasampark Abhiyaan to reach 1 lakh tribal families and invite them respectfully for Halma 2019.
Mahasampark Abhiyaan is a unique opportunity for students to experience tribal India and develop their understanding of its culture and ground realities.
Thus under its Rural Immersion Program, Shivganga invites volunteers for a month-long internship in Jhabua.
Please Note!
- The applicants shall be selected on the basis of a screening test which shall be mailed to them individually.
- The applicants are advised to plan according to the date provided for smooth operations of the Internship. If you feel a need of any flexibility (1-2 days), please inform us prior.
- The Internship is for students; however, if anyone finds a genuine interest, he/she can make a request at our mail or contact us.
